Terms and Conditions vworld – Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the vworld platform. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the vworld management. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vworld platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the vworld platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

2 User Eligibility

To register for and use vworld's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age stipulated in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any country or territory that specifically restricts or prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling limit program of any regulatory body.
• Acting on your own behalf and not under the direction of or for the benefit of any third party.

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the vworld platform at any one time. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of remaining balances.

During the registration process, you are required to:

5 Bonus & Promotions

Vworld offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once upon first registration.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any wins from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the vworld platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent third party. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random and fair.

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is as declared by the respective game provider. vworld does not modify or manipulate the RTP of any game on our platform.

• Any technical disruption during gameplay that prevents a result from being determined will result in the bet being returned to the player.
• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection while playing. vworld is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the mobile and desktop versions of a game, the server version will serve as the definitive reference.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical errors in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of related wins.

7 Player Conduct

Vworld is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. As such, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to play games or collect platform information.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraud, deception, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems in any way.
• Money laundering through the vworld platform in any form.
• Use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling your vworld account to any other party.

8 Limitation of Liability

The vworld platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, vworld makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or technical issues.

Vworld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or related to your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Loss of account data or information due to technical failures beyond vworld's control.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Third-party actions affecting the availability or security of the platform.

Vworld's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Account Closure

Players are free to close their vworld account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all unfulfilled bonus conditions will be voided and any ineligible bonus funds will be forfeited.

Vworld also reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the player is under the stipulated minimum age.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Players who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme.

If an account is closed by vworld due to a terms violation, any legitimate remaining balance (excluding bonuses and wins obtained through fraudulent activity) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Terms Amendment
